I do not recommend Fazoli's AT ALL. I was in the area and wanted to go to Fazoli's, so I got close to pulling in when I saw the manager standing outside today WATCHING and SMOKING a cigarette WHILE IN HER APRON as her employees shoveled and she did NOTHING to help. ON TOP of that they were all outside IN THEIR APRONS which is a HUGE health code violation per ServSafe. my hubby's food was so over cooked and it took them forever to bring his meal out to the table. when the lady brought our food out she brought it out on a cart that they use to take the dirty dishes back to the kitchen with so it was really dirty. the lady cleaning the tables was killing flies with the rag she was using to wash/wipe tables down with. the same lady then gave me a bag that was sitting on top of the garbages that had what looked like sauce all over it dried up.
Ate at the Wausau location twice last week (once dine in and once for takeout). Both times the food I ordered was amazing! Bread sticks were hot, workers were pleasant, even the nice young man (Trevor) who cooked our food came out to ask how our food was (that was the time we ordered dine in). Pumpkin cheesecake is AMAZEBALLS!! The pizza pasta I ordered for take out was also so good!
