We have always had okay service in IHOP, and we come back all the time because the omelettes are humongous, the food is cooked well, and I like the variety in their menu. But today (just stepped out of the restaurant), we were greeted by a scolding by the only server/hostess. No smile, no good morning. Quality is absolutely horrible there in the last 2 years. What happened to the terrific food you use to have? Three times in this last several months I re-tried and soooo upset that I paid as much as I did for this kind of service. Just a shame at how much it has changed.

Food was good but everything else needed work. Had to remind server we needed silverware, never had drinks refilled, only checked on us once and they weren't busy. To top it off we paid with cash and weren't informed they don't keep coin change in the store...I would have given the exact amount had we known
