Food was good but everything else needed work. Had to remind server we needed silverware, never had drinks refilled, only checked on us once and they weren't busy. To top it off we paid with cash and weren't informed they don't keep coin change in the store...I would have given the exact amount had we known

They did it to me an again. I show up at 6 to eat a nice breakfast before work, but this is the second time I have come to this property and 6:10 still dark. If you could get there when they want to open the food is great but that is the problem 6 am is obviously too early for this group. It’s starts with the managment, maybe find someone that wants to work.

It’s definitely disappointing when a restaurant doesn’t live up to your expectations. If the service and food wasn’t up to your standards, it might be worth trying a different breakfast joint in the area. There are plenty of places out there that serve up fresh, delicious meals with friendly service.

It was a bad experience right from the time we walked in the door. The hostess/waitress didn't greet us at all and was very rude. And the food quality just wasn't up to par compared to the other IHOPs I have eaten at. Seeing that my husband and I only get to eat IHOP, when we are traveling to other areas, I was very let down by the whole experience.
Clean, moat of the staff is friendly. When I went they were not busy, maybe 10 people in the hole place. took 45min for food. Saw the server 3 tines in the hour plus I was there.

Food probably could have been better but it was like warm when we got it. The waitress served us our drinks and took our order - never came back after 50 minutes I asked why was everyone being served when we have been there 50 minutes. I think it sat in the window because they didn't know where it went. 5 minutes later our food came. Very poor service . We will not go there again. Waitress said she would give a discount but that never happened so bad experience and no one received a tip.
