Tonight got a sub, my normal, the one I have made a thousand times in my days at Beaver Dam Jimmy Johns, my safe food as an autistic woman, it had onion when I had asked for none, I usually check tonight I didn't and bit into one. Now I'm no longer hungry and want my money back. I call and ask if I can get a refund, he says yup and hangs up on me. When my husband goes in he makes him dig through the sub and pull out the onions to prove it, then when all is proven to this man, he throws down money on the counter, IT WASNT THE RIGHT AMOUNT! He ripped us off!!!

Nice JJs location, staff were friendly and helpful, food was good, and quick. The restaurant was clean, including clean bathrooms, and in a nice location with decent parking. Easy to get to from the highway when we were just passing through. We would definitely recommend this Jimmy John's location!

Bought a giant Country Club. Quick service! It was pretty tasty but I did find a sticker inside the sandwich. Kinda ruined it for me.
