Ordered food on our way through town through mobile app. Went in when it said ready in 2-5 minutes. Waited over 20 minutes. Staff sitting around talking arguing over who was doing what, no one doing much. Some staff eating takeout from another restaurant in lobby. Messed up several orders for other customers while waiting. Our order missed 10 pc nuggets and all condiments. Kitchen was filthy. Not a good experience at all!
Go to get Quarter Pounder Meal w McChicken, and Cheeseburger. Asked to pull ahead to wait on Quarter Pounder and receive 2 Big Macs, 2 bacon Cheeseburgers. No McChicken and no regular cheeseburger. The take out receipt stuck to the bag even said the correct order but completely different food put in the bag.
Went 2 weeks prior and asked to pull ahead to wait on fries. Waited 22mins. And never got fries!! And got old stale chicken nuggets. Called once no answer, called again...read full review
