I called with an issue I was having on an app coupon I received and was first directed toward the 800 customer service line. I called and it was outside their hours of operation. I called the store back and asked for a manager. She at first was hesitant to assist because she's new. I explained how the 800 line gives hours and then invites you to contact the store directly. helpful, courteous, kind. pleasant to me even after what i assume was a scolding by a superior member. i am unsure, but he was ?? not happy? about something.but when she talked to me she was bright and almost cheery, genuine, or forced, it is commendable.
