The pizza it’s great . Customer service needs to be improved. Honest communication with your customers it’s key
Ordered my pizza got told 15 min I got there after 20 min pizza wasn’t ready I got told again another 5 min I was sitting there for 10-15 and nothing went for a walk outside for 20 min and finally the pizza was ready and cold when I got home.
I think it’s fair to say that this is my first time having this kind of experience here, I’ve never had an issue before

Ordered from the Rothschild location and was disappointed with our pizza . I ordered double sausage and mushroom. It was not double sausage. We had pizza at the Wausau location previously. They had more and bigger sausage. We didn’t even order the double previously. I called to complain about it. The girl on the phone said she didn’t see our pizza and would talk to the cook. She puts phone down and sighs very heavily. I can hear them talking and she comes back one. He told her it’s not the amount on it but the size of sausage.
I can tell you that is not true. At the other location it was bigger and plentiful. This location was a ripoff.
I will not be back!

2 slices, 2 fountain drinks, garlic knots and a beer for 18 bucks, can't beat it . slices were great, staff was great, and music was good. kitchen staff brought us an extra garlic knot because there were only 7 in our basket and there was supposed to be 8. we wouldn't have known the difference as this was our 1st time there, excellent service.

The pizza was hot, cooked well, the cannolis were good, and the service at the counter when we ordered and paid was great as well. Me and one of my friends also bought a shirt from them and they had a large collection of sizes.

I had taken my sister to Politos for a snack in downtown Wausau. The staff learned it was her first time at the restaurant and gave us free garlic knots. The manager of the store really made my sister feel special. Their service is truly the best in town, thank you.

I freakin love Polito's Pizza! Whenever I'm in the mood for REAL NY pie I can go to both locations and within 5min I'm out the door with my two slices to go, and they always have so many different options already made it's difficult to just choose 2! Highly Recommend for your next Pizza craving!
