Sam's Pizza for the win. I walked in for my pick up today and was treated like family. I had not been there for a while and was greeted by name and handed my pizza before I could even get my wallet. They were also very busy but not busy enough to treat everyone there the same as they treated me. Of course the pizza and garlic bread were amazing. This place is a Wausau landmark for a reason. Thank you Sam's Pizza !!

Nostalgia is alive and well! If anyone remembers Sammy's Pizza in Green Bay when it was on Walnut St, this place is you you! Juke boxes at the tables (although they didn't work, it was still fun to see), very nice waitress and reasonable prices. The only "complaint" would be that the cheesy garlic bread was made on a piece of white bread, which seemed odd and was a little dry. Next time we'll ask for a little less sauce on the pizza, but otherwise, that was excellent.

Service was outstanding and I enjoyed the pizza. Thin crust. I was in town for work and looking for something local and found this place based on reviews. Pretty sure this must be the original location, as they had the menu from 1958 on the wall in there. I can see why the locals like it!

I ordered a pizza 1/2 mushroom n Onion and 1/2 pepperoni. I asked for extra toppings because they never put enough on the pie. It tasted ok edges were a little burnt. I really only ordered here because I wanted delivery. We got a pizza here once before and it was the same they skimp on the toppings. We will not be back.

When we come to visit WI we always got to have some Sam's pizza we haven't been back in a few years so glad it's still there ( I doubt it will ever go out which I'm so glad for.) pizza is still on point service was great we got there before the rush flow and we got mozzarella sticks and a medium pizza for the husband and I to split. It's still one of my favorite places to eat to this day. Will come back as long as they are open.

I will never return there for pizza it was the worst pizza I ever had. There was no flavor in the sauce and 3 pics didn't even have sauce on them. When I got home which is less than 3 miles I threw it in the garbage. Due yourself a favor don't go ? sad to say but they need to fix all of it.
