Service was great, on time reasonable price. Unfortunately the garlic bread is to hard and salty and just crumbled everywhere. The pizza was very greasy, flavorless thin crust, and also very salty. Happy to have tried a Wausau favorite though!

Ordered pizza through Sam’s through DoorDash called to tell them that my Pizza had a hair baked into the crust and instead of saying oh we can remake that if you wanna pick it up or offering me a credit they told me to call DoorDash and request my money back when sam’s pizza is the ones who made the pizza I will not be doing this again that’s nasty nobody wants to be eating hair we can see the hair it’s baked into the crust

We had a great experience at Sam’s Pizza! We ordered a classic cheese pizza along with a cauliflower crust topped with sausage and Canadian bacon. The Canadian bacon was especially good, and the cauliflower crust was surprisingly delicious—great flavor and texture.
We also started with Caesar salads, which were very tasty and a perfect way to kick off the meal.
Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by Sam’s Pizza! 🍕

Ordered pizza from Sam’s while my family was in town for a ski weekend. Sam’s Pizza was perfect for a quick dinner when getting in town around dinner time. I scheduled an order a couple hours ahead and Sam’s timed our order perfectly, it came out of the oven right when we got there to pick it up! (Not like other restaurants where they make it before so your food sits under warming lamps and isn’t fresh when you arrive). We ordered two 16” pizzas, a gluten free pizza and a family sized salad for a family of 5 and had leftovers. Everything was delicious and we’ll definitely be returning for future ski weekends!

The main pizza restaurant of my childhood, teen years, and even today though I live hundreds of miles away. The pizzas have not changed in at least 60 years, and I hope it stays that way forever! The pizzaiola is a great guy named Shea. He has been heading the pizza crew for many many years, and has perhaps another 20 to do the same. It's tavern style meaning thin crust round cut and squares, and this guy knows how to make pizza!!! It's on the west side of Wausau and rather centrally located. If you're near Wausau give it a try they open and you most days around 4:00 or 4:30 and are not open terribly late. Look them up and give him a try!

Cracker thin tavern style pizza cut in squares. Perfection! This is the Midwest pizza of my youth. Friendly staff and old school vibes. This would be my go to pizza place if I lived in the area.
