I think that the food was good and the interactions that we had with the employees was good....however you have to place your order at a kiosk I really dis like these kiosks in restaurants like this. This particular store was clean the staff was friendly and the interactions that they had with customers was very good.
This location is great! The dining room is clean, well stocked, and the employees are super friendly! They went above and beyond providing superior service during our visit today and we will definitely be back!
They forgot one of the items in my order, and I flagged it in the app. Got a call on my cell later from the manager personally apologizing and offering me a free box meal for the trouble. He was very polite and well spoken. I wasn't in the area for another month, but as soon as I mentioned it he knew what I was talking about and gave me a free meal with no hassle. Will absolutely be coming back!
