Poor service. Always rude and lack any sense of urgency, even when nobody is waiting in line or sitting at the tables. Which tends to be the normal landscape here. Call this a $9 sandwich? Nothing but bread.
So creamy and toasted perfectly, you can't help but lose your mind over these bagels. Great flavors of cream cheese as well as a variety of bagels to choose from. You'd have thought you died and went to heaven. 10/10 Highly recommend.
I was an employed at Bruegger's as a manager 2 different times. I worked at 5 different locations and helped open 2 stores. I was wrongfully terminated from my position. 20 years later I am still bitter. My reason for mentioning this, is that I'm still a Brueggers customer. The product is unmatched in the bagel world and the teams who employee your stores are stellar! I personally know the hours and commitment need to make a true Kettle boiled, Hearth baked New York...
