“Atmosphere was outstanding , the vibe was like out of a movie . This is me and my families go to casual restaurant and they never let us down . So glad this location is here.

Parking: So many parking spots the whole city could come because it’s almost blended with target .“

“My experience here was amazing.

The customer service was nice, and despite them being busy, they made sure that I felt seen and heard. I had ordered a family meal and they made sure to get everything right, as-well giving me extra sauces.

The environment was also clean and tidy which Is a plus.

I will be coming back here again,

“The wait time is long but it’s not the crew. I help with my husband’s food truck so I understand that food takes time to cook. While waiting, I was very impressed with the crew. The lady with the dark red hair can run things! Loved her leadership with the whole team and coaching during the dinner rush hour. Loved that she stopped what she was doing to correct mistakes right away with customers and then quickly coming back to help the crew push out orders. I saw that everyone worked very hard , uplift each other and helped cover each other. They stayed very calm during the pressure and took accountability when needed to. My order was perfect since I told them to take their time. I rather have them take it slow and get it right than rush and the order is wrong, which can cause customers to come back inside. The gentleman taking orders was friendly and welcoming too. His friendliness helped deescalate unhappy customers that came before me. Great team tonight. They deserve a nice paid day off tomorrow! lol. ;) Thanks team, for feeding the fam tonight! I rather wait 45 mins here than cook my own chicken after a long day!“

“I enjoyed this location. They were fast and friendly. The place was clean and neat also. The play area was well kept and fun. I could have sat here for the day and been fine. The parking lot is spacious, you don't have to worry about a traffic jam after grabbing dinner. One of my fav locations to visit in Wisconsin.“

“We ordered Saturday for the 1st time. My gyro was so delicious, the sauce was great and the portion was good. I did ordered an extra pita and extra meat so I could have lunch during the week. My husband had a cheeseburger with bacon, his only complaint was the bacon was soggy but he LOVED the burger and really loved the fries. it's very rare fries come delivered and are crispy!! Definately will be ordering again!“

“Fresh fresh fresh. I got the 8 piece chicken combo and was told 20 mins. Was exactly 20, and the bag was so hot still when i got home i had to let the chicken cool. Oil was fresh, not old tasting like other places, and the chicken was juicy. I dont often crave traditional fried chicken, more of a “in the mood” thing, but this place will become my go to for it.

As stated, it took 20 mins but was super fresh. Wait times can be longer so might be good to save their number and call ahead!“

“Im big on breakfast, I ordered the grilled egg white sandwich with the yogurt parfait and a brownie. I believe one of the best tasting sandwiches out there, the consistency of this fast food, is excellent no matter which one you choose. The brownie... one of the best in the business....!!!

I ordered a Golden double burger with cheese generous serving of crinkle cut french fried potatoes. With delivery fee for under $16.00. The chicken hot and moist absolutely wonderful flavor. The Golden double burger is always a great snack or small lunch for $5.00 the best dollar amount for a beef burger with french fries. The burger was hot cheese melted, bun not soggy. French fried potatoes crisp tender inside hot, salted, perfect. Menu posted on website check a few of the photos when typed in Golden Chicken West Allis, WI.
