Service was good! The guy who took our order was very nice. Their soda machine was not working and so they were selling a can of soda for almost $4. Food was good but chicken was a little dry. The fries were great! Ambiance was horrible. There was no music, TV was turned off and floors were dirty and sticky. We wanted to try it because we saw it online but I wouldn't go back.
I was picking up an order from Crumbl Cookies next door and saw Mad Chicken was open late (they're in the location that used to be Teriyaki Madness), so I stopped in afterwards to check them out. I wasn't super hungry, but wanted to try something, so I ordered mozzarella sticks to go.The mozzarella sticks have higher quality breading than the ones the nearby Arby's sells. First time in and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly. The dining room looked clean. The food was delicious. I got jalapeno poppers and a mad fire sandwich. The only thing that was off putting was seeing one of the cooks on his phone. Not super food safe if you're into that sort of thing. I'll probably still go back though as the sandwich was on point!
