“Dave's Hot Chicken was good! This was my first time here and I will go back.Customer service: The lady that took our order was absolutely AMAZING! She greeted us right away and explained the menu in detail. She was a breath of fresh air. It's good to see a place employ people with good attitudes and who seems to care about customers.Food: We ordered the chicken slider combo with a strawberry milkshake. The chicken slider was good. I got medium heat but next time I will get HOT! I will also not get the kale slaw, just not my thing. The fries were good but they do need to fill the container up. The milkshake tasted cheap, Like the used soft-serve ice cream. For the price we paid I expected the milkshake to be tasty.I enjoyed the food overall. I will be back again!“
“Let me tell you about Dave's. I expected to hate it. I said "of all the places they could have moved in here, why THIS?" I was dismayed that the new lunch option near work was such a plain concept. But then I ate there, just to prove my point. Now, I go every week or so.There are only two things wrong with Dave's Hot Chicken:1) Charging 3.50 for a little thing of slaw is highway robbery, and the sliders don't have enough of it. Just my luck, because it's really good.2) I understand that all chicken tenders can't be the same size, but I feel like when I order a slider, about half the time it is pretty small. Sometimes they're huge, almost big enough for two sliders, so when you get a small one, it's a letdown, especially when your move is to just get one slider to save money and you don't get as full. Maybe they should sort them into two size categories or just sell it by weight. It's enough of an annoyance that I've taken breaks from eating here, feeling like I'm dropping 7 dollars for a bun with a bitty tender on it and then looking for a snack after.But it IS good, so I end up back there. Just a very easy lunch that always hits.“
“I’ve tried them 5 times now. The wings are okay. The loaded baked potato with grilled shrimp extra cheese sauce is my favorite!!! Fried pickles are good too. Nachos hit as well! The sweet chili sauce for the wings was just not good. The fried chicken is pretty good. Fries aren’t bad. Will keep coming!“
“First time in and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly. The dining room looked clean. The food was delicious. I got jalapeno poppers and a mad fire sandwich. The only thing that was off putting was seeing one of the cooks on his phone. Not super food safe if you're into that sort of thing. I'll probably still go back though as the sandwich was on point!“
