Ordered for pick up today at 4:15 for a 5pm pick up. Arrived at 5pm and they were confused about my ordered and then we waited until 5:30 and still no food. Tried to get the employees attention to ask about my order because we had gotten no update (mind you we were tending to my toddler and infant who were both not happy with the wait). So we left. With no food. My husband took me and the kids home so I could get started with getting them ready for bed and he went back up there....read full review

Legit 35 min wait for one sub ... one freaking sub !!!!
