We went to Innovation for the Easter Buffet. we had a reservation for 12 Noon. There was one woman at a podium with the Buffett sign advertising the Easter event. As the crowd grew the doorway was blocked by families gathering. They had no staff upfront to reign the crowd in. After some confusion we checked in with the podium woman. She said you would be called to be taken to pay and seated. We waited and waited and then some. After some apologies we were taken at 12:45.Once seated...
I am in town for a medical school interview at MCW right down the street and needed somewhere to eat quickly without going into downtown Milwaukee. I grabbed a salad to go from Innovation and loved it. I was helped by Emma and Crystal and they made sure my food came out quickly and that I was taken care of. Thanks guys!
Crystal was engaging, personable. Had the entire bar conversing with one another. Drinks were always full and ready when needed. Very attentive to her customers needs. Very good bartender. Would come back, due to Crystals customer service!
