Red Lobster offers a chill environment with very good biscuits. The staff is friendly, with great service even when busy. The food is generally good, although some dishes like the fish fry could be less greasy. While there were delays and issues like sticky tables, the overall experience leaves room for improvement to match the potential for a 5-star rating.
