I celebrated my birthday with the family, and it was an amazing experience overall. Food was amazing, great service very knowledgeable staff. I felt as if I had traveled to Italy for the night, from tradition to the menu. Thank you.
Food was great, but service was just ok. It was not what we would usually expect from a Bartolotta restaurant. The servers also forgot to ask us if we had a Bartolotta card, which we found surprising and also a little disappointing. Drinks took a while, even for just a club soda.
We enjoyed our 4 course “tour of Sicily.” We started with the Sicilian orange and fennel salad, and the mediterranean stewed octopus. The orange and fennel salad was bright and delicious. The octopus was savory and tender. Our primo course was the spaghetti with a parmesan sauce with bread crumbs, and my husband had the grouper stuffed ravioli. The spaghetti was truly wonderful cheese delight with the added crunch of the breadcrumbs— wonderful! My secondo course was a breaded...
