The young woman was very helpful in making sure my drink was made correctly and even tweaking it to make sure it wasn’t too sweet. The drink I had ordered the day before was made incorrectly , so she gave me a free drink coupon. She went above and beyond!!
Thrilled that this Caribou is in my neighborhood. I order ahead and it's always ready when I arrive. The drinks occasionally are inconsistent but overall a solid stop on the way to the office.
I’ve been to other Caribou locations, but this was my first time at this one. Caribou is a recent addition to the growing number of coffee shops (both chains and independents). This location is drive-thru only with a walk-up window. It’s a cute teal-painted building with a few patio tables outside, but no indoor seating.
I received a friendly greeting from the staff at the window and ordered a Chai Latte. I asked for whole milk, but the only option was half-and-half....
