I really like Caulfield's, a lot.. the whole "casual fine dining" is exactly what I like in a place.. their happy hours, their wine Wednesdays, and their flatbreads, are all awesome.. I even had their vegetarian mushroom cheese steak and loved it, and I don't normally even order vegetarian.

The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the service were wonderful! One member of our party has strict dietary restrictions and the waitstaff did a great job of taking note and was knowledgeable about alternatives. Additionally, she took the time to speak with the chef who even made recommendations as to keep both the quality of the food and still get the best flavor despite substitutions. Although we went when the restaurant was quiet, I would think that quality of care...
