Messed up not once but twice. Highly allergic to raw onions there on my food is onions. Went back to have it fixed and they put my sandwich in a bowl. I specifically asked for a sandwich with veggies on the side. Never again will I go to this location. Will be calling the manager in the morning.

It's always good and friendly service every time I go to this individual cousins Sub I always get good service and the employees are always cheerful this is the only cousins I go to I like to get my they always make my sandwiches in the best that they can be eaten today I had also went and my sub was one sub was missing and they quickly replaced it
I never have any problems going to the Howell and Rawson location.
Friendly people and good service.

Went there 25 minutes before they would close. In the only thing they said they would do is fried food. Very lazy people working here

Absolutely the BEST cousins so far in the area. They have a few different cooks the one they had this past summer of 2024 was very amazing. The meat was cooked and it was sizzling hot!! Sandwiches not dry and bland. The current cook of (evenings) November/December is pretty descent not the same very hot meat BUT definitely delicious. All the others need to do is make meat stay on the grill and actually get hot throughout ALL the layers of meat and put on a descent amount of sauce and it will make all the difference. Keep up the good work!!!!

Christina H was fantastic! It was my 1st time and I needed help with signing up to the cousins club, placing my order so I could use coupons afterwards and she was absolutely fantastic 😊 she is a great asset to anyone who is lucky enough to have her and it made my day starting it with her helping me get my afternoon started feeding my friends and family 😉 thanks again 🍻

Service is horrible. My order was wrong. When i called them i was hung up on several times. When i finally got someone to answer, she was rude and laughed at me for their bad service. Her name is Cheyel. Wont be stopping there anymore. Totally disappointed.

Came in hungry and left happy. The cashier and team on duty Sun. Sept. 29th around 3 pm made my day. Great customer service, very prompt, and they knew what they were doing. I don't leave many reviews, but when I do it's usually because it was bad. This review is nothing but praise. Hope the team gets some recognition because they are awesome.

The choice that was made by an employee was awful and unsanitary. It is disgusting to take food from one customer and serve it to a different customer. The original order should have been either thrown in the trash or left on the table with the other customers. My order should have been re-made. This entire ordeal lasted about 20 minutes.
The following is what happened.
I placed my order, I paid, and then I waited. Fifteen minutes went by, an employee asked me what I was waiting for. I reminded them that I had already ordered, and paid, then I told them of what my order consisted. The response from the male employee was "oh we already served that." Apparently, they had given my order to another customer. The female employee, standing next to him, was absolutely confused about what she was doing and had gotten multiple orders mixed up. She actually said aloud "ok, what am I doing?" with multiple bags in front of her. The male employee then comes from behind the counter, walks over to a table in the dining room, where two guests were seated and eating their food, he takes my food from those guests, walks back behind the counter, does something with the wrapper on my sub and puts a fresh sticker on the outside of it; that is what let me know that the seated guests had already removed the wrapper. The employee then puts it into the bag and hands the bag to me. I looked inside of the bag and saw that the lid the other container was crooked as if it had also been opened already. I told the male employee all of this and his response was argumentative. I shut it down and told them that I wanted a refund. The female employee continued to stand there staring in confusion. So, yeah, it was a pretty disgusting experience.
I have already filled out the survey on the company site and requested that they contact me.

This a hit or miss. Depends who’s working. Waited 24 minutes for my food in the parking lot and once I got it bread was super hard maybe been sitting over night. Ain’t the first time, last time they replaced but than after I just didn’t call I feel bad for even complaining even tho I shouldn’t cause shouldn’t be a reason too. On a good day they get a 8/10
