Went there 25 minutes before they would close. In the only thing they said they would do is fried food. Very lazy people working here

Absolutely the BEST cousins so far in the area. They have a few different cooks the one they had this past summer of 2024 was very amazing. The meat was cooked and it was sizzling hot!! Sandwiches not dry and bland. The current cook of (evenings) November/December is pretty descent not the same very hot meat BUT definitely delicious. All the others need to do is make meat stay on the grill and actually get hot throughout ALL the layers of meat and put on a descent amount of sauce and it will make all the difference. Keep up the good work!!!!

Christina H was fantastic! It was my 1st time and I needed help with signing up to the cousins club, placing my order so I could use coupons afterwards and she was absolutely fantastic 😊 she is a great asset to anyone who is lucky enough to have her and it made my day starting it with her helping me get my afternoon started feeding my friends and family 😉 thanks again 🍻

Service is horrible. My order was wrong. When i called them i was hung up on several times. When i finally got someone to answer, she was rude and laughed at me for their bad service. Her name is Cheyel. Wont be stopping there anymore. Totally disappointed.

Came in hungry and left happy. The cashier and team on duty Sun. Sept. 29th around 3 pm made my day. Great customer service, very prompt, and they knew what they were doing. I don't leave many reviews, but when I do it's usually because it was bad. This review is nothing but praise. Hope the team gets some recognition because they are awesome.

The choice that was made by an employee was awful and unsanitary. It is disgusting to take food from one customer and serve it to a different customer. The original order should have been either thrown in the trash or left on the table with the other customers. My order should have been re-made. This entire ordeal lasted about 20 minutes.
The following is what happened.
I placed my order, I paid, and then I waited. Fifteen minutes went by, an employee asked me what I was waiting for. I reminded them that I had already ordered, and paid, then I told them of what my order consisted. The response from the male employee was "oh we already served that." Apparently, they had given my order to another customer. The female employee, standing next to him, was absolutely confused about what she was doing and had gotten multiple orders mixed up. She actually said aloud "ok, what am I doing?" with multiple bags in front of her. The male employee then comes from behind the counter, walks over to a table in the dining room, where two guests were seated and eating their food, he takes my food from those guests, walks back behind the counter, does something with the wrapper on my sub and puts a fresh sticker on the outside of it; that is what let me know that the seated guests had already removed the wrapper. The employee then puts it into the bag and hands the bag to me. I looked inside of the bag and saw that the lid the other container was crooked as if it had also been opened already. I told the male employee all of this and his response was argumentative. I shut it down and told them that I wanted a refund. The female employee continued to stand there staring in confusion. So, yeah, it was a pretty disgusting experience.
I have already filled out the survey on the company site and requested that they contact me.

This a hit or miss. Depends who’s working. Waited 24 minutes for my food in the parking lot and once I got it bread was super hard maybe been sitting over night. Ain’t the first time, last time they replaced but than after I just didn’t call I feel bad for even complaining even tho I shouldn’t cause shouldn’t be a reason too. On a good day they get a 8/10
Ordered 2 subs order made in a short time. Bread not soggy when unwrapped subs good quality beef tasted good Heated turkey sub in frying pan as it had mayonaise on sandwich, super flavor hot turkey sub sandwich.

Do not go to this establishment we spent close to 80 dollars on 4 subs and fries and every one of then we're more then skimpy on the meat my wife ordered the Philly I believe all you see is bacon and cheese in the middle of the bread. My father in law got salami with double meat there was maybe 5 pieces of salami on it my turkey sub maybe 5 pieces of meat I have never spent 80 dollars on 4 subs only to have to basically take all 4 of subs and put together to make one sub when confronted we were told yes that's how they come and yes that's double meat lol ok corporate here we come how could you let's this continue to happen my review isn't the first like this qnd for the cashier how could you look me dead in the eye and tell us this is double meat ?? Wow

dine in for lunch, reasonable service speed with how busy it was. staff seemed very proficient. cashier lady was really good. I think it was one girl's first couple days and the cashier lady (maybe manager? she seemed like it) was being nice about it (I've worked at a sub shop before so I felt for her)

Ordered a regular 7.5 inch Club, they literally gave me 3 or MAYBE 4 slices of meat. No mayo and cucumbers in it either. This is pathetic, I've never had such a sad looking sub in my entire life. Go to Jimmy John's or anywhere else, I've never been skimped like this ever before.

Look. I love cousin subs. It's one of my favorite go-to food places. Now my fiance and I ordered doordash pick up. Now, my fiance wanted to go inside to order drinks because doordash has limited options. The door is locked 10 minutes before lobby. It's not the biggest deal. But the way that the workers acted about it was. I understand being short staffed. But some of the comments were rude. I mean, seriously, my fiance was so polite about the lobby being closed to find out it's been closed for an hour. Come to find out when he gets home, we have two of the exact same sandwiches. It was absolutely disheartening every time we came in. Our food has been messed up, or employees are just being unprofessional. I really don't know if I want to order from here again after every one of them being so consistent with bad experiences

I went through drive thru and ordered 2 club sandwiches and 2 chocolate shakes. I order one 15" and one 7 1/2. One I ordered with out onions and without oregano and EXTRA mayo.
Tell me why it took a while in drive thru and hen I got home with my sandwich and opened it...there was oregano and doesn't look like extra mayo is on it. ?? I paid over $36.00 for that and couldn't even get it the way I wanted it. So much for the workers listening to your order nd making it exactly as ordered. I definitely will not go to that location again.
