I have been driving past this for years and I don't remember ever seeing an open sign and the sign lit up and maybe because it was a dark rainy day it was just noticeable so I stopped over for some pictures and to add a Yelp page, the Steve stop by. The bartender and one person at the bar welcomed me as I walked in so it's a friendly place to new people.
