Rice was crunchy, they were out of lettuce. But, the place was clean & staff friendly.
Updating my review from a 1 star because I decided to chance it tonight on this taco bell and I was pleasantly surprised. Food prepared hot and fresh, good service, and no random people taking shots right at the drive thru window. I still have trust issues with this place but if it keeps performing like it did tonight, no doubt it will be a 5 stars. In fact, it gave 5 star performance tonight. Just a shame that too many lousy encounters can't erase one really good performance.
Dessiree was my cashier & was very patient, professional, and caring. they were out of an item I wanted and they apologized with a genuine level of sincerity. also remembered to put my sauce in the bag without me having to check and ask again, cant even remember the last time that happened and i deeply appreciated it.
