My recent online order from the Domino's in West Allis was a complete disappointment. I ordered a large New York-style pizza and 16-piece Parmesan Bites, but instead received someone else's entire order. Upon calling the store to rectify the situation, the only solutions offered were to have my original order delivered cold or for my significant other to pick it up the original order/cold pizza that was driven around for a hour and brought back to the store– defeating the purpose of delivery. This experience reflects a concerning decline in service and quality at this location. I was treated poorly for a mistake not made by me. I tried to talk to manager but instead had to talk to worker who played the middle person on the phone between myself and the store manager. Very poor service all around. We order from this Dominos all the time and I've never had this experience happen.

During my recent carry-out experience today at 5:44pm, I was disturbed to observe a staff member verbally abusing a high school-aged cashier. The individual responsible for making pizzas made disparaging comments about the cashier's pronunciation and communication skills, visibly humiliating them. I found this behavior to be unacceptable and felt compelled to discuss the matter with the manager. Regrettably, the manager neglected to take action, allowing the pizza maker to continue demeaning their coworker. I hope this review will prompt the necessary coaching for the manager and pizza maker.

thank you dominos, I didn’t eat anything in the restaurant far away cause of their dang service, we just walked out. We ordered and thankfully it arrived the second we arrived at the location. The pizza was so good even at night, HUGE RESPECT.

I ordered twist breads and they gave it to me raw. I returned to change it and the employee in the counter ask me what was wrong with the bread, clearly he was the one that pack them raw, he had no idea won what he was doing. But the worst part was the Manager i think the name was Josia. Not an apology only said I will give you new ones. When he was preparing the sauce he pit like half of the scoop of the marinara sauce because it was the last bit of sauce in the container. Obviously it was too much work to get a new container to fill the sauce with the right amount. When the breads came out I asked him why it was so little sauce and he just said that he put the correct amount (see picture). On top of that the guy was working with the food and wiping his hands on his butt to clean them. I told the other manager about and he just talk to the guy but like this was not important the guy kept working and didn’t wash his hands. This is the last time I come here. Hope the people that patronize this place take a look at the guys working before eat the food.

We ordered delivery last night- 2 kinds of pizza's and the 3 of us all got sick and ended up in the bathroom most of the middle night time. Super cool because one of the 3 of us is a kid that got sick. Do not know if the prep area was dirty or non washing hands or plain and simple just nasty location... But we paid $50 bucks to crap all night long, Will never order from here again EVER!

Normally I love Dominos and this place used to be pretty good. However, my last 4 or 5 orders over the last 3 months have all had issues. The order notes have been ignored, the pizzas have had incorrect toppings, and most recently I had the entire wrong pizza delivered to me and they also don't answer their phone.
Also, it doesn't do any good to offer a free pizza to make up for a mistake if you just end up making more mistakes on the free pizza each time..
Picked up the new stuffed crust and it was pretty good! Very cheesy crust which was nice. Got a notification that our food was ready for pick up and got in to the workers still prepping it but it was hot and fresh so I appreciate that!

Hung up on me after I accidentally called the same location because they didn't accept $100 for delivery. If I was the worker I would've simply said you have placed the order with us already cancel it and tell them to have a good one not hang on the customer before they're done talking. Dominos hire people that hire people that care about your company.
