Double B's MKE-Style BBQ

2nd visit. Just good as the first time. My meal was a little different than the first time we visited. Wedge salad was presented differently but just as good and fresh. The bacon wrapped meatballs were just a delicious as last year but I believe they were smaller. I remember them being bigger last year. My husband had the full rack of baby back ribs this year. He preferred the brisket that he had last year over the ribs. Our son had the baby back ribs again this year as he enjoyed them last year.

Visiting from out of state. We've had barbeque in some of the famous KC BBQ places, Texas, and Oklahoma. Who knew Milwaukee would become our #1? West Allis... what?

Burnt ends were perfect. Even if you're stuffed, get the peanut butter chocolate pie. I'm not much of a peanut butter guy. But I was today!

Good smell, service, fast delivery, nice blues and jazz playlist in the background with a clear sound system.

Great service, atmosphere a bit loud and crowded feeling. We had brisket, smoked half chicken, mashed potatoes and baked beans. Found the brisket to be a little dry, although it was leaner than some so that's probably why it seemed more dry. The chicken was a little smoky and pretty moist but still seemed a little short on flavor. Potatoes were very good and the beans were very smoky and delicious.

We had them cater a birthday party. The food was delicious, many compliments from guests. The setup was timely and seamless. We were beyond impressed and will definitely use them in the future!

It has a slightly elevated smoke house feel as a resteraunt. You will feel comfortable here in jeans and t shirt but also a sundress. The service is great. I liked the ribs, but the brisket was a tad dry and needed more fat.

Decent bbq and quick food, but paying an additional 15% as a “carry out fee” is unacceptable.

Wings are extraordinary. Ribs too.

The bartender was extremely helpful and made my Old Fashioned just the way I like them.
The bbq came out quick and the portions you get for the price were very reasonable.
They had 4 different sauces for you to use. Essentially a regular, medium, spicy, and a spicey mustard type sauce. I recommend all 4 😁
If I lived around here I'd for sure go back, there are so many more food options and drinks to try. Not to mention the vibe in there was very warm and modern.

First time there, very good!

Good BBQ and awesome service

Every now and again, the stars align and you get a meal that is perfect from beginning to end.

I’ve been to Double B’s a few times and already love their burnt ends and beer selection. This visit, though, they had a smoked turkey special that really stood out. I was surprised—in a good way—to see a white BBQ sauce paired with it, and it absolutely worked.

The Brussels sprouts side was excellent and complemented the dish perfectly. I also paired everything with a smoked Manhattan, which rounded out the experience with no regrets. Add in friendly, attentive service, and it all comes together for a genuinely memorable meal.

Everything was top notch. Our waitress was great. My grandma and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the atmosphere
