When I want extra mayo I will state I want it, this goes for mustard too because so much was on my sub it was torture just to force feed my self a second bite just so I can make through the school day without stomach pains. Don’t even dare reply to this saying sorry because if you were you would hire employees who have a bare minimum understanding of a good work ethic, I walked in to get a refund and apon looking at the cleanliness of the store I was lent mortified but I wondered why both lady’s though to relax, sit against the counter and talk to the customer instead of finding something todo. Anyways, I get my refund and she asks me if I want just keep the nasty sub I just returned as if I were gonna eat it, i gave her a weird look, said no, and left. In conclusion, ONLY EAT AT JERSEY MIKES OAK CREEK!!!!!! They will properly apologize for the mistake, remake the sub and on top of that give you a free sub card for your next visit. Last time I ever forget to add a location which is like to order from on the JM app

Horribly understaffed location. They had 2 people working and one of them was wearing a hat that said they wouldn’t talk to anyone. Waited around for 45 minutes and just had them cancel the order.

We went there yesterday for lunch and it was my first time at this location. Marissa & Margaret gave top notch service with a smile. They were so friendly, helpful and truly made the experience. The store was so clean and organized and you can tell these two ladies take pride in their work. From the minute I walked in the door, until the minute we left as we dined it, it truly was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back! Having great employees and fresh, delicious food is what matters to me when I go out and all of that was achieved. The icing on the cake would be to have some cucumber & avocado available as options to add on to your sub. ;) Oh, and to sell your delicious pickles!! I would be going there, and only there, to purchase pickles for my home.
