I sometimes wonder why i order here. They always have trouble with the sauces. I ask for two, i either get none or one and the one is always open so its pretty much none. Drives me nuts. Getting your crust flavored is hit or miss sometimes too. Its impressive. You have a invoice with what i ordered and its just so difficult to read the order.

As someone who is from Ny this is my favorite pizza around here! The four corner pizza with bold pepperoni is my favorite there and pairs really well with their house made ranch!

I made a simple pick-up order for a large pizza and I asked for it not to be cut. I thought that was a simple request but I was very wrong. I arrived to get the pizza around the time it was completed and I went to pay for the pizza, although it was cut. After saying I don’t want the pizza because it was cut, the manager came out and told me they were too busy to make me a new pizza. I asked for my refund as the manager continued to make remarks about my request. At one point I was looking at the counter and the manager said “I see you looking at it (the pizza box), do you want it?” While I understand it’s not a normal request, it did not require the managers remarks and attitude afterwards. I was offered the refunded and I’ve never had any problems with JETS before, but this was really damaging to its reputation for me.

Ordered 2 small pizzas at 3:20pm was told they would deliver in an hour. Called and was told pizza should be delivered in 5 minutes. It never showed. Called and spoke with manager that said the outsource the delivery to door dash. They asked if I wanted to get a replacement and I said yes. 20 minutes later got a call back stating the gm said the ticket was already printed and they had to refund me instead. Unacceptable for customer service. Now I'll have to watch my bank statement to see if it actually gets refunded.
I went in person to order my pizza because i was near by. Pizza only took like 15min to be ready. But their entrance, floor and carpet and ordering area is dirty. Filled with grease and flour. Young boys at the front are very nice and polite.

I placed an order for delivery through there website. I receive a call a little while later telling me they don't have delivery driver's. Then why offer delivery. It's Saturday night and you don't have delivery driver's? Then he proceeds to tell me that my money will be reimbursed to me in 5 to 7 days. I told him that was not exceptable. He then states in a cocky tone, "it's only $43." I was shocked by the customer service. I never will try to order from them again.
