Came here on opening day of the Wisconsin State Fair. You can expect to overpay for everything at the fair. Major Goolsby is no exception. I got one of their Bacon Cheeseburgers. It was $16, but I have to say that it was pretty good. It was freshly made, the patty was flavorful, the bun was decent (Brioche would have been better), and the bacon was crisp and plentiful.
