Had a bad experience with mission BBQ the person that was preparing the food was throwing food around. I don't know if that made the food garbage or what. But I know that was some of the worst display of handling a person's food that I ever saw.

Amazing BBQ!!! fries were a little salty, but no one cares about that when you got a pile of tastey brisket in front of you. Will DEFINETLY be back.BTW, we got a pulled pork sandwich combo as well as a brisket combo, very good

Why is this place rated so highly?? I'm guessing it's because there's no competition and most its patrons haven't experienced real barbecue to know when they're getting scammed. This place has mediocre food, puny portions (and I'm a small person), and outrageously expensive prices. I was underwhelmed in every facet, and my NC-native partner admitted it was the worst barbecue he's ever had.
