Natty Oaks Pub & Eatery

This was one of the worst dining experiences my mother-in-law and her friend have ever had. The service was incredibly rude from both the server and management, and the entire experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming. They upcharge for practically everything, and none of these extra costs are explained ahead of time. You don’t find out until the bill comes — which feels like being nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. The food itself was sub-par and nowhere near worth the inflated prices. On top of that, the staff ignored simple requests, brought drinks that were not what was ordered, and didn’t provide the side dishes that were asked for. When they tried to address the issues, management offered almost nothing to make it right — they only waived a single side salad and acted like that was enough. What makes this even more disappointing is that my mother-in-law’s friend, who is Black, was treated with a level of disrespect that was noticeable and unacceptable. Whether intentional or not, the treatment they received made them feel singled out and unwelcome. There are plenty of better pubs and grills in the area that actually care about their customers. I absolutely do not recommend Natty Oaks. Avoid this place unless you want bad service, surprise charges, and an overall horrible dining experience

Wish I could give this place 4.5 out of 5 but Natty’s is a gem. If you e never had a fish fry here then you are SERIOUSLY missing out. Never ever had bad food or drink here. We come here for everything from a simple drink, a delicious old fashion, usually the fish fry and on the occasion, a decent breakfast. Also offer a great shuttle service to many events in town. Natty’s is a gem in the area!!!

Came for the fish fry. Decided to eat outside in the tent because there was a wait inside. We'll outside, they dont have a full bar and charge extra for some drink versus going inside to get a drink. They serve you in take out containers outside. I had the 2 piece cod and onion rings. The cod was good. The coleslaw lacked flavor and was a no go for me.

Horrible selection of beer for being a bar in Wisconsin.

Tried this place for the first time during the Brewers playoffs and was a hidden gem. Even with the place being packed for the game we were able to have good service and food came out quick

Excellent shuttle service to and from the Brewers game. Decent policy of buy $10 worth of food and/or drinks and get a wristband for the shuttle service. Bartenders were friendly and fast.

I had a party of 9 including our 91 year old Mom for lunch and shuttle to the Brewer’s game today, service was fantastic, lunch was delicious and the shuttle driver outstanding, thank you for everything, it was a perfect day and a Brewers win!! Thank you for everything ❤️

We used Natty Oaks for their shuttle to help transport our wedding party and our wedding guests. Connie made the process so easy and our driver was so kind and helpful with assisting some of guests. Can't recommend enough if you ever need shuttle service!

We were not ready.
The dry rub on the frys made me want to order 5 more.
One serving was NOT enough.
My burger was FANTASTIC. Props to the chefs in back. Magnificent! Sat by the bar, bartender was kind and attended us well despite non alcoholic drinks and just food.
Love this place. Cannot wait to come back.
