I've never had a problem with the pizzas. Always cooked right. They need to work on their customer service a bit, though. Don't keep me guessing if I'll ever get my order. If I'm still standing their 50 minutes past the time the pizza was supposed to be ready, and 20 minutes after the app said the pizza was ready, give me some assurance that my order is actually being worked on, and how much time before it's actually ready. Hard workers at this Papa John’s, food is always hot, ready on time, correct, and the workers are friendly even when they are stressed. It makes it feel a little less corporate owned.

It's 10:56 pm and I Am giving 5 stars to the guy & Cook that's on shift RIGHT NOW. I placed an order for over $45 and the door dash driver ran off with my order and marked it as delivered?
