Pizza Hut

Would give 0 stars. Ordered online at 6pm .. upon arrival 45 mins later - I waited in store for over 20 mins to not even recieve ALL of my order. Had to go back inside .. and wait EVEN LONGER.. crazy. I would rather have taken a refund on the missing food ATP!

Brianna (Manager, cashier) very rude, short-mean conversation, very crabby. She is in the wrong business and shouldn’t be at the cashier station or a manager! I just wanted a gift card and a box. They I go to this pizza every year for the 4 years to get. I get $300 worth of gift cards and small pizza box that they don’t charge me for. She said, “ we don’t sell gift cards or empty boxes.”They don’t sell gift cards? When did this start happening. I called another Pizza Hut and asked if they sold gift cards? She said “yes we do.” I asked do all Pizza Hut sell gift cards. She said “yes they do.”
I told Brianna I was willing to buy a box. I said I’ll order a pizza and you can keep the pizza. Then she said I had to wait to ordered a pizza. 10 minutes later she finally let me order. I got my box. It’s a gift for 7 year old child that loves Pizza Hut. I’ll do my best to get this kid to switch from Pizza Hut. Very disappointing process. It’s Xmas eve and no customer needs this attitude. This year it’s an issue?

I only wanted the box to Pizza Hut gift card in it.like I do every year. I think I’ll get a competitors instead, and get gift cards and competitors box. I’ll get this kid to switch over.

Brianna and Pizza Hut you just lost a customer for life.

worst f****** customer service food was late food was cold food was missing call the restaurants that I had to talk to doordash for delivery refund doordash said they had to call Pizza Hut f****** running around Domino's is way f****** better and that's saying a lot but again they don't give a s*** they got your money so they don't give a s*** so f*** Pizza Hut

Takes 2 hours to deliver a pizza to 84th and Greenfield. Horrible store

Walk in today a lil before 1pm for flats pepperoni and breadsticks. Customer service was great, store was clean, and food was ready within the time quoted. Great store! Awesome workers.

Was Undercooked, you have 1 job and that is to cook pizza. Dont give me a pizza you wouldnt wanna eat yourself.. complete waste of 27 bucks. Will not be back

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!

I placed an online order and entered the code for $5 discount. The discount was applied and I paid with a credit card. I went to pick it up and they said I still owed $5. I spoke with 2 people that both said they were managers. They said they couldn't give me the order unless I paid the $5. I tried to explain that it is impossible to change the dollar amount for the online order. I had no choice but to pay the full amount charged online. You cannot change the amount of the order. Guess what: They said they couldn't give me the order unless I paid the $5.

Order online for pickup. As I gave her my name and she can see im handicapped. She proceeded to pickup a phone order and take that instead of letting me cash out. Made me wait 5 minutes. One 1/4 of the pizza had no cheese or sauce.
