Has always been a great spot for a drink, but tonight the bar to was playing the worst Death Metal head banging music that should have been reserved for the bedroom headset only. Too loud and obnoxious!
This is not my kind of bar. It has no identity or character and feels very generic. Station No. 06 is popular, so my taste is not universal. The liquor selection is weak, and I don’t drink beer. That might make a difference. There is a large courtyard in front with an array of fire pits. People like that. The bar itself has no distinctive decor. I wish there were some cocktail bars on this stretch of Becher, which is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Milwaukee.
One of the best bars in the area. All the drinks are great, you can’t go wrong. Just order what you like and they’ll make one of the best you’ve had. They change their menu about quarterly and have really unique drinks. Great old fashioneds! They also frequently have food, but check their Facebook page to see what’s happening.
