I know what some complaints are about and have experienced some negative issues. Was in with my other half a year ago and the owner or manager had talked to someone in front of us aggressively then raised voice to serve us, so raised my voice ordering he mellowed out. Not been back myself. Figure he was having a bad day the public isn't easy to please!! But yes the food portions are smaller, roll is smaller but perfect for the old meat portions, makes the sandwiches look unappealing. Just didn't taste like a sub i would normally pay for. But my wife is hard headed and called herself treating me got home and all she did was complaint about the 4 subs!! It's no meat on the steak and cheese, nor Italian, and dang the bread is falling off these 2!! Maybe now she will be like me and know I'm not missing anything at that subway no matter how much time goes by. All subways aren't like that one.

I ordered a foot long Chocolate chip cookie. With an Honest Kids juice box drink. The Chocolate Chip cookie was hot, not chewy melt in your mouth soft very good cookie served in an rectangular paper container not crisp or hard. Honest Kids' juice box drink 38 percent juice no added sugar child size 6 ounces, apple, grape, strawberry juice with ascorbic and citric acid added. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking in parking lot in front of Subway restaurant building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pull open door, wheel chair will fit through doorway.

The owner is an A hole. There's no other way to put it. I'm sure it reflects onto his employees and so forth. I've been there a few times and really tried to give it a shot.. I'll just go to the Lincoln plaza location instead.

My sub was made totally wrong. Lady spoke bad english.i ordered the outlaw it didn't have the cheese I asked for no peppers. No Chipotle sauce.if I don't get a new sandwich I will NEVEr go there

The guy here working was so rude and disrespectful. The subs he made me was the size of hot dogs. Very little meat and vegetable and also try to charge me more money. I will never come back here. He won't let me use the bathroom if i didnt buy a sub. So i just walked

Bread wasn’t even cooked! The sandwich was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had from a subway. No wonder they honor the BOGO subs. My niece tried to get new subs and the worker said “no we aren’t remaking them the bread was cooked and they were made right”. At what establishment is this ok??? Nasty subway I see!!! Cousins will be getting all my money from now on! Just nasty and the workers attitude was even nastier!!! I will also be reporting this to the BBB.
Bad customer service, inconsistent with coupon using, will only let you use coupons for dine in only. Management is very rude. Spoiled meat as well.

They were making a call in and couldn't stop to deal with me for several minutes even though I was actually there. Didn't get a very friendly vibe any of the times I went there and the bread they have is traditional Subway bread, which is INEDIBLE. Maybe I'll try a wrap some day.I want to like you, Subway stores, but your bread is just so darn gross.
