The owner is an A hole. There's no other way to put it. I'm sure it reflects onto his employees and so forth. I've been there a few times and really tried to give it a shot.. I'll just go to the Lincoln plaza location instead.

Bread wasn’t even cooked! The sandwich was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had from a subway. No wonder they honor the BOGO subs. My niece tried to get new subs and the worker said “no we aren’t remaking them the bread was cooked and they were made right”. At what establishment is this ok??? Nasty subway I see!!! Cousins will be getting all my money from now on! Just nasty and the workers attitude was even nastier!!! I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

They were making a call in and couldn't stop to deal with me for several minutes even though I was actually there. Didn't get a very friendly vibe any of the times I went there and the bread they have is traditional Subway bread, which is INEDIBLE.
