Was present for a door dash order pick up. Had to wait for extended time. Also, staff was having difficulty doing a transaction for a homeless guy that did not have enough money for his order. To avoid a register drawer from being short, a female employee reached into her bra and removed her cell phone with her gloves on. She did her math, put phone back into her bra, and continued back to the food assembly line and made tacos WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!!!!! Another employee was obviously sick, as he coughed towards the drinks he was filling for an order.

Sign says open!!! Cars are in parking lot. Was sitting in the drive through for 5m minutes and doors locked definitely wouldn't recommend going here no sign on door saying temporary closed or anything

I'm not really a Toco Bell guy, but the kids wanted it, so I conceded. Tacos, crunch wrap supreme, nacho fries, and baha blast slush. Everything was just fine, but the crunch wrap supreme had zero crunch.
My Mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag and I ordered many things and when I went home to open up the pizza half of it was stuck on the pizza box

I asked for the crispy chicken deluxe meal and no one at this location seemed to know what I was talking about despite it being on the menu…the wait times here are longer but the food is ok and theyre typically pleasant.
Just ordered in the drive thru 4 soft shell tacos. Got home to find some sad looking tacos. There were absolutely no toppings. It was barely any meat and the tortilla. I guess they aren't making their tacos with cheese or lettuce anymore. Guess I won't be going back there anymore. $8 for four tortillas is kinda pricey.
