Timber's Catering; Traditional to BBQ

I use Timber’s for work events, Mary is fantastic to deal with and their food is amazing!

Timbers catered our wedding on 11/8/2025 and gave us the perfect experience. Judy was so lovely to talk to and work with leading up to the wedding, answering all of my questions in a timely manner and giving us plenty of information in the weeks leading up. As we got married at their venue, the Gage, they were also able to help us out with our linens and they were perfect! To say that the team Timbers had at our wedding went above and beyond would be an understatement. The many servers did so much behind the scenes work to set up our appetizers and buffet and it was BEAUTIFUL. They were also constantly rotating around the room checking on our guests and making sure everyone was full and happy :) and it goes without saying that the food itself is just fabulous. Our guests particularly raved about the corn bread muffins, but everything was SO GOOD. Use Timbers for your next event, you will not be disappointed!

We used Timbers Catering with Double B’s BBQ for our wedding, and they were absolutely incredible! The food was exceptional. The buffet and charcuterie appetizer were set up beautifully and looked just as amazing as they tasted.

Judy was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and the day-of staff was extremely friendly and professional.

They were truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We can’t recommend Timbers Catering with Double B’s BBQ enough!

We used Timbers Catering for lunch at our company event today, and the food was outstanding. Everything was delicious, especially the brisket, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. I highly recommend Timbers for your catering needs—you won't be disappointed.

I had them cater for 70 people. We got the brisket and pulled chicken with smoked beans and mac and cheese as the sides. All of this food was spot on delicious. The cornbread that comes with it is amazing. The BBQ sauces they mak in house are extremely good. Not one complaint about the food from 70 people.

We hired Timber's catering for our wedding on NYE and we are still talking about how amazing our experience was! Judy was wonderful to work with and was so thorough with all of the details and was incredibly responsive which put my mind at ease being the bride. The food was amazing and our guests still rave about it months later! Many said it was the best BBQ they ever had which speaks volumes. The catering staff was wonderful and they even carried my plate for me so I didn't have to worry about spilling BBQ on my white dress. They also helped arrange our head table decor and did a beautiful job of taking point on arranging our eucalyptus. They have an eye for wedding decor and their display for all the appetizers was beautiful as well! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event. Truly, I can't say enough great things about them without writing a novel! Simply said, they are an excellent choice for catering!

I've been to this restaurant myself thought it was so great that I ordered lunch for my 100 co-workers and was pleasantly surprised! DOUBLE B'S dropped off as promised and set us up with everything as fresh and delicious as if I had just ordered in their restaurant!!!! However, they did ruin BBQ we've had from anywhere else. Nothing compares. Head over to their restaurant Double B's BBQ to satisfy your taste buds if you don't need catering at the moment. 10/10

My wife and I were out holiday shopping and planned on going out to eat. We had a coupon for Double B's in West Allis. It was great to find a quality BBQ place close to home. My wife got the brisket and I chose a two-meat combo and selected the half rack of ribs and the burnt ends. All of them were great and the sides were wonderful too. I liked that they had four different BBQ sauces (KC sweet, Texas bold, NC mustard, and spicy one (Chipotle, I think). The restaurant was really interestingly decorated. Lots of green (plants) and neon. Definitely different and eye-catching. The smell of BBQ is everywhere, so it is heavenly. They were short-staffed, but worked hard to meet your needs as a diner. Very friendly server. Definitely will be back. Great food and a nice place to enjoy a good meal.

We used timber’s catering for our 9/9 wedding and oh my goodness! We had SO SO many people comment on how incredible the food was. Double B’s was amazing. They provided linens and service, and I honestly don’t have a single negative to say. Again, I can’t say how many people told us this was the best wedding meal they’d ever had, and that they needed to visit the restaurant asap. Also, the portions were plentiful! Huge props to Double B’s - we’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Hands down… BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER!! We love some good comfort food, and knew from the start that we wanted food for our wedding that was actually delicious, filling, and something everyone would love! After attending the amazing tasting at Double B’s BBQ restaurant, we fell in love with everything we tasted- it was actually really hard to choose what we wanted because it was all so good! Judy’s communication and quick responses to any questions I had took all the stress away and was so so helpful. I couldn’t thank her enough! We were also able to rent linens through them, choose amazing appetizers, and even the couple vegan guests I had could not say enough about how amazing their vegan options were! Overall, the talk of our wedding was how delicious the food was, so I would say that is all you need to know when booking Double B’s BBQ for your next event!!

The service was average, they could have done a number of things better to make me fee like a customer. I am glad I tried it but I won't be back. BBQ can be hard to do but your service better be good for me to come back and try it another day. I did not feel like "A Customer" I felt like "oh that's just a customer".
