Place a catering order online. Called to confirm that they received and both platers would have tomatoes and onions on the side, After we got them home realized one tray had onions and tomatoes. Then once we served we found out only 4 of the subs didn't have onion and tomatoes. Called a supposedly spoke with a manager stating in a few minutes she'd email compensation for the mistake. No e-mail received. Very disappointed.
We ordered online at 345 with a 405pm pick up. When he went in at 405 nobody was at counter and there were 3 people in back. 2 young ladies (found out both are managers) and a guy complaining about working since 9. There was nothing ready, when he asked about our oder they said it hadn't been started. He asked how long and suggested 10-15 minutes.
