Food was good. I ordered the steak and cheese. I have ordered several times in the past. My son introduced me and I was hooked. This time though the steak was cut thicker and had a large amount of grizzle and fat. Not a good experience. The only sub I eat from firehouse is the steak and cheese. I really hope the go back to the original meat I had before as this was far from quality for the price.
like every other firehouse subs I've been to. clean, friendly, delicious. firehouse subs are a little more expensive than other places and you get what you pay for. easily my favorite of the franchise sandwich shops.
Amazing service, food tastes outstanding and it’s one of our favorites. I accidentally placed the first responders order online and it was in store only. They gave back the difference when I went to pick up in the store. Very positive experience each time.
