I received a Puppuccino today for my Dog Tip Toe, and the barista did the most special thing! She wrote her name on the cup! It’s the littlest thing, but it made my experience so special!
I don't usually write negative reviews about places but I have had multiple occasions of horrible service at this location. being ignored in the Drive-Thru when it's near close several times, I once sat at the counter for at least a solid 5 minutes before just walking out because nobody helped me or even greeted us. and that was in the middle of the day with maybe one car in the drive thru.
