I received a Puppuccino today for my Dog Tip Toe, and the barista did the most special thing! She wrote her name on the cup! It’s the littlest thing, but it made my experience so special!

The store staff demonstrates a willingness to correct mistakes, as seen when a mobile order was fixed and a gift card was provided. However, some issues like mobile order errors and limited availability of special red cups during promotions can cause frustration. Overall, the staff's friendly attitude and good service make Starbucks a comfortable place, despite occasional corporate-related concerns or operational hiccups.
