The Norbert Reviews
I’ve had the pleasure of dining at the Norbert a few times now. Both times my girlfriends and I shared quite a few of the small plates, as well as a few entrees. Every bite of every plate was delicious. Our favorites are the fried shrimp and the beef short ribs. We tried the steak Tatar for the first time last night and it was phenomenal. We have never had anything but a 10/10 meal here. Service is also great, and their martinis always are a hit!
We have been to The Norbert numerous times and it is always incredible. From staff, to drinks, to service to food. It is absolutely our favorite restaurant in West Bend. Last week we had the best steak tartare I have had maybe ever and their burger is also one of my favorite items. I am always surprised and delighted by their menu options. Simply outstanding and I highly recommend!!
We had unbelievably outstanding food and service (Ann Marie) this is definitely a new favorite spot. The restaurant itself it’s beautiful too!!

The Norbert is a charming spot offering tapas-style new American dishes with foraged goodies. The restaurant features a wide selection of beers, wines, cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beers. It is an intimate and cozy place with welcoming staff, making it perfect for a date night, girls' night, or even bringing clients. The food, cocktails, atmosphere, and service are consistently outstanding, and parking is easy and plentiful. Recently, the restaurant has expanded its reputation through catering, earning high praise for its personalized service and delicious, well-prepared choices. Visitors have enjoyed exquisite meals such as the Beef Cheek Ragu and stradette pasta, along with desserts like hazelnut cake.
