“We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and when I saw the Italian gnocchi special with pesto and bolognese sauces, I couldn’t resist so we drove up from Kenosha for carry out. It was still hot when we got home and so worth it! We had: Italian Gnocchi, Truffle Lumache, Meatballs sub bal sub, Mac & Cheese and buttered noodles. The whole family LOVED their meals! We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!“

“Our third time and the anniversary couple's first time (55 years!) and we were all thoroughly impressed! The food is so authentic - better than any dish we had when we visited Italy! Made with love and fresh ingredients, served by staff who care, and presentation and waitstaff well worth the price. This is not inexpensive, but for any meal with ambiance, and never disappointing, I recommend it highly. Five star everything. We cannot say enough. Thank you for contributing a wonderful Italian option in Tosa area.“

“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Noodles & Company in Milwaukee thanks to Kevin Roblero and Brady Rollins.
After a DoorDash order went completely wrong and my driver never delivered my food, I was frustrated and honestly assumed there was nothing anyone could do. When I contacted the restaurant, Kevin and Brady stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Instead of just apologizing or telling me to deal with DoorDash, they went far above and beyond what I expected. They personally made sure my order was taken care of and even delivered the food to me themselves.
Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when they didn’t have to made a huge impression. It’s rare to see employees care that much about making sure a customer is taken care of. Kevin and Brady didn’t just fix the problem—they restored my faith in great customer service.
Because of them, I’ll absolutely continue ordering from this location and recommending it to others. Huge thank you to Kevin Roblero and Brady Rollins for going the extra mile and turning a frustrating situation into an incredibly positive experience.“

“I recently had a wonderful experience at Noodles & Company and wanted to share how impressed I was. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was noticeably clean and well-kept, which immediately set a positive tone.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. What stood out most was that the manager personally came over to check on us, which added such a thoughtful and attentive touch to the experience.
And of course, the food did not disappoint it was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Everything tasted just right.
Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience with great service and quality food.“

“Let me start off by saying how irritated I was because there is no parking on a Saturday over in Tosa. I did an online order per usual on a Saturday (I usually go to a different location). I could not find a place to park! I was so irritated! So I actually called in to cancel my order. The young lady that answered the phone was pretty nice and the manager was also nice and she sent someone (who was also nice) to actually run my food out . THEY DID NOT HAVE TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. And I hope they don’t get in trouble for that . All I can say is I really appreciated it because I had just walked 3 miles of hills and stairs and I was simply over it. Kudos to the staff… food was also good!“

“i usually went to oak creek for noodles since it’s close, however the staff at oak creek are SO rude
and orders were never right. I decided to take the drive to this location and it was worth it. So clean, nice staff, fresh food. This place literally Mogs oak creek. I will be taking the extra drive to come here no matter what.“

“I was there today around 11 am at the one on Howell Ave in Oak Creek. I normally love it there. But today was a hot mess. I decided to eat in and I was given a number to match my order (which was visible and at the end of the table) the lady came out and didnt even care there were numbers on the tables she then started over at the group of kids that were there too. Picked up a dish and called it out. When no one answered she called another. I spoke up and said thats my order. She continued to call out dishes. the lady that was there with the kids said "that order goes over there." The server continued to call out the 4th dish. The boys all said that order belongs to that lady and pointed to me. She then took it back to the prep area. She came out and said I am sorry theres alot of people here. never took my number and the chicken on my buffalo mac was literally rubber. She didnt ask if i was a rewards member either time I was up there and I returned the number to her and said, you never picked this up" she just looked at me like I was stupid. “I went there to place a order couldn't use the coupon due to power out the woman who I think was the manager got my order wrong over charged for things not requested it's lent we don't eat meat on Fridays meat was in it n charged $12 Xtra for it for not having no customers how could they of gotten it wrong plus called over 10xs n it hung up not sure if it's due to power I need a manager to fix this please“
