This is a great place to eat some food! We ate breakfast here, and it was good! The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Our waitress was very friendly and we had a great visit! I had their ham and cheese omelette. Their lefse wraps are GREAT if you’re looking for something to try. We recommend Borgens!

Lots of local folks come here to eat and so should you when you are in town. There are plenty of places to sit and eat your delicious food. We chose to try 2 dishes that had lefse , a Norwegian flatbread kind of like a tortilla, soft and made from potatoes. I had mashed potatoes and meatball's/carrots (their own recipe) and my wife the lefse BLT. Very friendly service, also have me some brown sugar to go with my lefse. Yum Yum

All of the meals that we ordered were amazing! This was our 3rd trip to Borgens for lunch and it's still so good & worth the drive from Madison area! We make the trip for visiting the big old red shed and make a point to stop at Borgens to eat every time we are in this area.

Booths were squishy. We had a party of 4 and it was very tight quarters. Moved to a table. The tables are small and not much room. Food was okay.
