The wait staff is superior: friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is warm, subdued and quiet in the low table room, so no shouting to hear one another, even when they're crowded. It's absolutely perfect for a romantic couple's night out. Last night's meal was Gumbo with jumbo blackened shrimp (fabulous!!) and one of the weekly dessert specials, a delicious cranberry pavlova. The chef here is as good, or better, than any in the region, including LaCrosse. \nI highly recommend this gem of a restaurant !!“
