friendly service when making my daughter's Book It pizza. they added the wrong toppings so they quickly made another one and gave us the extra at no charge. I'm impressed they double checked the order before we took it home.
Ordered 2 thin n crispy pizzas, asked for light sauce and to cook it well done/extra time.
Guess what? Extra sauce and pizza under done, still white and floppy. If I wanted to cook my own pizza I’d go to Papa Murphys.
I can understand missing or not being able to accommodate the well done, but cook the pizza all the way at minimum. Tried calling, of course no answer. I’ll give them one more chance and if they mess up I’m coming back and starting a pizza...

usually really great but don't bother calling after 7 because no one will pick up. tonight marks the 5th night this month where I've tried to place an order but no one picked up the phone.
