usually really great but don't bother calling after 7 because no one will pick up. tonight marks the 5th night this month where I've tried to place an order but no one picked up the phone.
My dad called ahead asking what deals they had , originally speaking with Tracy. She was so helpful and patient with my dad. We were visiting our grandma and my dad with our niece and daughter. I called back to place the order and again spoke with Tracy who was so patient and kind over the phone. She gave us our exact total so we were prepared for the driver. Our food arrived faster than promised and was hot and delicious! Grace delivered our order and was friendly and bubbly!...

Guess what? Extra sauce and pizza under done, still white and floppy. If I wanted to cook my own pizza I’d go to Papa Murphys.
I can understand missing or not being able to accommodate the well done, but cook the pizza all the way at minimum. Tried calling, of course no answer. I’ll give them one more chance and if they mess up I’m coming back and starting a pizza...
