Best bagels around. However, this establishment has the worst employees I’ve come across. Not friendly, not welcoming people. They seem very annoyed when you’re in there and they have to make you something. I’d rather travel to Pewaukee then to be served by negative people I say this with confidence because. I’ve gone in there a handful of times, and the same people seems so crabby and unfriendly

Like many people, I enjoy the food but the service is lacking severely. I've gone here for 2 years and either they get my order wrong, someone has an attitude, or I'm being racially profiled. Someone from the back almost always comes to check me out while I wait for them to screw up my bagel order. The other white customers, after observing the staff for two years, wait for their bagels and get rung up once the entire order is complete. I think the staff believes that if someone isn't watching me then I'm going to take off with the drinks, chips and cookies located before the register. I wish the hyper vigilence staff pays me regarding a potential theft would be transferred to listening and paying attention to my order. I recently tried the other location in Wauwatosa, and the staff are Black (as far as I can tell) and not only did they not screw up my order but offered excellent customer service! If you're able to do so, go there instead!

Took 40 min for a 3 bagel online order and then they told me that they didn't have a bagel in stock like 30 minutes after I ordered.

The food is always delicious, thus the second star-the attitude from one particular employee specifically, and management allowing it to continue and not addressing it even when directly told about it, is why I gave this business the first star, though we will not be returning either way. For context, we grabbed breakfast here at least 3-4 mornings a week-we're done allowing negative energy into our day. Management needs to take responsibility for their employees, and how they provide 'customer service' in a customer-facing role. If they don't smile, are unhappy to be there (for any reason), and just don't enjoy interacting with people, but they're good enough to hire and keep around-have them do something that is NOT interacting with customers.

Good tasting bagels. Pathetic amount of cream cheese- got like a half spread on one side of the bagel. Barely tasted it . Probably won’t come back even though I really love bagels.

Like so many others on here, I'll say the food is great, the service is horrible. It all stems from from the leadership, I won't blame the employees. The app or door dash order takes precedence over the people standing on line. Often you don't even get an acknowledgement that you are waiting and you almost never get a thank you. The WFB community clearly supports you with their business, do better!

This place use to be a nice restaurant to do to but now all of a sudden there management or customer service skills are not up to point phone just rings and ring you have to call back several times to place an order then when you do speak to someone there rude don’t want to answer questions and refer you to go online and place your order like they don’t want to be bothered !!! This guy told me he is not a personal menu guide because I asked him if the pastrami was turkey or not…. They need to really pull it together

Disinterested service. No inside tables. Five tables outside with 3 having chairs. Had to borrow a chair. Bagels were expensive but good. Filthy bathroom. Worst Bruegger’s I have been to.
