This location pisses me off every time I order the manager is very rude… Don’t never know how to problem solve always sound like he got a attitude when I call and if this is type of behavior you guys like I will never shop at this location again learn how to train your staff with the proper customer service skills and phone

Called this store for a last minute large order when our planned catering canceled our order the morning of the event. They took our order for 55 people and delivered right on time. Fantastic customer service. Saved the day! Thank you!

Jimmy was so nice! I got the sandwitch and it was so good. John helped me get the napkins and my bad which was so helpful! I would love to come back because I always crave their sandwiches. All of the toppings are so juicy and are an amazing great flavor blend and I am hungry now from thinking about this. Employees are great and helpful!

Ordered 7 subs tonight 2 9 2024. 2 veggies and they were made correctly. The other 5 subs were not to be standard subs. They were as an example Turkey sub with mayo lettuce and tomato. Turkey sub with lettuce and onion. Ham with lettuce onion and tomatoes. A club tuna with no mayo or onions. Finally a ceasar chicken no mayo. None of these 5 were correct. The person placing the order is simply incompetent. Wont waste my money ever here again or at a Jimmy Johns. The subs are nothing special and especially when not made as ordered.

Freaky fast? More like freaky phoning it in. Of the three sandwiches ordered, only one was made correctly, one of the other two wasn't even the right sandwich. Each of them contained enough mayonnaise to make a Minnesotan gag from spiciness. The place was dirty, and it took way too long for the sandwiches to be made.

Very disappointed in the services we received from this location. We ordered catering for a staff meeting. We intended to order a variety of sandwiches. When we opened the boxes none of the sandwiches were numbered or organized in a way that made it make sense. The bread didn’t seem fresh. When we called the next day all we got was an apology. I’m all for mistakes happening and things can’t always be executed. However, if a guests brings an issue of being upset with an order make it up to that guest by offering a coupon or something. There was an opportunity to do better here and this location failed.

This location needs another slogan there is nothing freaky fast about this location,just freaky slow,I waited forever for a simple ham and cheese,service is not good,I won't be back.
