Ordered 7 subs tonight 2 9 2024. 2 veggies and they were made correctly. The other 5 subs were not to be standard subs. They were as an example Turkey sub with mayo lettuce and tomato. Turkey sub with lettuce and onion. Ham with lettuce onion and tomatoes. A club tuna with no mayo or onions. Finally a ceasar chicken no mayo. None of these 5 were correct. The person placing the order is simply incompetent. Wont waste my money ever here again or at a Jimmy Johns. The subs are nothing special and especially when not made as ordered.

Freaky fast? More like freaky phoning it in. Of the three sandwiches ordered, only one was made correctly, one of the other two wasn't even the right sandwich. Each of them contained enough mayonnaise to make a Minnesotan gag from spiciness. The place was dirty, and it took way too long for the sandwiches to be made.

This location needs another slogan there is nothing freaky fast about this location,just freaky slow,I waited forever for a simple ham and cheese,service is not good,I won't be back.

Very disappointed in the services we received from this location. We ordered catering for a staff meeting. We intended to order a variety of sandwiches. When we opened the boxes none of the sandwiches were numbered or organized in a way that made it make sense. The bread didn’t seem fresh. When we called the next day all we got was an apology. I’m all for mistakes happening and things can’t always be executed. However, if a guests brings an issue of being upset with an order make it up to that guest by offering a coupon or something. There was an opportunity to do better here and this location failed.

This afternoon I did an online order at the whitefish bay jimmy johns. My husband went in and pick up the sandwiches and notice one was missing and when he went back in the young man at the counter turned his back and refuse to make him the missing sandwich! I don’t know if he was judging my husband on his looks or what! My husband finally got attention of a young lady in the back who made the sandwhich after half the crew ignore him. This experience was awful and upsetting.

The mistake by the lake. Doesn't have the quality or service that every other Jimmy John's has. Its a different experience for sure. Expect to wait 15 minutes for a single sandwich that will be smaller than advertised with rotten veggies that smell like a dumpster.

Sandwich description does not match the product.Generous portion of mayonnaise with a sprinkle of chicken and sliver of tomato, a tiny piece of lettuce and a one corner of cheese. This is what you will get.The people working here need to ease off the condiments!I did not order a condiment sandwich! Even the Vito is soaked in oil, so much that the bread is mushy.10-31-22 After Corporate read my review, I was directed to call the local JJs in WfB. I spoke with Ryan and he offered to repeat my order (the Vito) and send it out. The sandwich was delicious, with just a touch of oil. Therefore, I am upgrading my review from One Star to Three Stars.

My husband gets a sub every once in a while so we saw they had a new sub called the All American Beefy Crunch and he had to try it! We were out running errands so we used the Jimmy John's app to order and pick up. It's very convenient to be able to do our grocery shopping and then run by and pick it up, so we love the app. You don't have to use a card to pay because there's an option for pay with cash, that's what he does. We pulled up in front of the location and he hopped out to grab his sub. When he came back he was disappointed that he had to wait for the cashier to acknowledge him, she was texting on her phone, so he said " picking up for Clark " nothing! No hello, I'm sorry or even a simple smile ( costs nothing to smile) She grabbed his sub, took his money, gave him his change all without a word. He said thank you and left, no response again. Ok so that's why only 3 stars, the sub was very good but he still liked his regular sub, The Hunters Club, better. He won't stop going to Jimmy John's and will still return to that location since usually he gets good service. Just a bad experience that time
