I went to drink the last of my drink and some green chucky stuff came into my mouth. I opened the cup and there was more. Very mad and concerned about what I consumed. I tried to call the store and the phone is off the hook!!!!

I had to write a review to express my gratitude of the amazing baristas today! I didn’t realize how busy it would be when I ordered all of my coworkers drinks, so when I came in I felt awful for such a huge order. But the baristas were so fast and efficient. Even with 50 unsupervised tweens crowding the store, they kept their cool and made delicious drinks. I’m so impressed with them! The girl had dark red hair and the guy had a cool earring. 10/10 <3

I'm a regular at this location. They're always very friendly and competent. Only once in 100+ visits, my order was messed up. I called and spoke with an associate who referred me to Edrik, who was in a supervisory role. He apologized and assured me he'd make it right. I went back the next day, was refunded, and also given a free drink. Thanks to the great staff at this location! ?☕?

I had nothing short of a warm welcoming visit. They greeted me happily when I first walked in and the girl taking my order, kayla I think??, was so sweet. She had a smile the entire time and held eye contact and helped me figure out what to order. The woman making my drink, glasses maybe grace, was dancing and having a great time while making my complicated order. This location has pure vibes and I see myself coming back soon. They are all so sweet and happy
