“We just attended the fish fry last Friday and had so much fun. Food was fantastic. Friendly atmosphere like no place we have ever been. Wonderful to see how it has grown since we were there 3 years ago. I hope you never lose the hometown hospitality that the place exudes. So happy for Meg and Mark - congrats in advance. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a gem of a local bar! Their pizza game is on point with both thin crust and deep dish options that are absolutely mouthwatering. Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm are a blast with trivia and delicious deep dish pizzas. Plus, the specials make it even better! Always a fun time here.“

“Wow! Our first time here and if I could give the service more than 5 stars, I would! It's rare that you see a true team anymore, and everyone here worked together to make sure we had the best experience. A waitress (not even ours) came over to tie balloon animals for our daughter while we waited, although there was not much wait! Even though we came on a busy Friday night, we hardly waited at all, they've got things down to a science. Each person we encountered treated us like it was a slow Tuesday night, not a crazy Friday night. And the food...AMAZING! My husband had the haddock and I think it tasted almost like lobster! And on Fridays they have a potato bar-cottage fries, tater tots, baked potatoes, regular fries, mashed potatoes...and a salad bar in addition! I was full before my food even came. Thank you to everyone who worked tonight, it was the best service and food I've had in a long time!“
“Local tavern with nice selection of liquor and beer. Spacious with socially distanced seating if you choose not to wear a mask and sit at the bar. They sponsor fun events, a signup, modest menu items like pizza. Local farmers offer their crops depending on the season. Sometimes, they are free! They decorate for the holidays and the seasons.“

Hadn’t been here in a few years, took a boat ride today and stopped for lunch. Quaint, clean, and with a very friendly bartender (who we found out is the manager).
Cold drinks, nice band to listen to (Jim and Nancy), and GREAT food!
Definitely will be on our rotation!“

“First impressions : the bar seemed quite clean, bar back well organized, and staff friendly. I tried this place based on another review mentioning good food. Sort of. They have 9" and 12" frozen pizzas. It was good, with thick cheese and large chunks of meat on a thin crust, but not so good that it deserved mention otherwise. Seems like a nice neighborhood bar, but if you are looking for dinner there are probably better choices.“

“Partial to Patty melts and theirs did not disappoint. Good bread, grilled in butter, not some nasty oil. Plenty of cheese and a good beef patty. Service was timely and friendly. Had cottage cheese as my side and only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is it was not cold, not warm but cold. I also liked the atmosphere with lots of sports on the many tv’s.“

“Ethan was an amazing cook! We came in on a Tuesday when they only had 1 bartender/server and 1 cook. We had a huge group and they were very tolerable of us and the food was phenomenal!

“We had a really large group of family members (about 20 people total including adults & kids) to celebrate my dad's 89th Birthday on Wed Nov 20th, 2024. We had a reservation for 5pm & when we arrived, they had our table all setup & ready for us. Our Waitress (Amelia) was at our table immediately with a big smile & a very warm & friendly welcome. Our Waitress (Amelia) was an absolutely FANTASTIC Waitress, one of the best that we've dealt with in many years! As we were all getting settled in, we had a few surprise visitors that joined my dad's birthday celebration. Our waitress (Amelia) was right on top of everything & she immediately added another table to make sure that everyone was comfortable while eating their meal & didn't feel like you were being crammed in like sardines while eating. In addition to that, Amelia went out of her way to accommodate my dad by making sure that he felt extra "special" while celebrating this 89th Birthday of his. She got him a "special" cocktail (yes, a bit of a boozy one, which he really liked) in addition to a Root Beer Float to enjoy after he had enjoyed his Birthday meal. I was watching my dad with that Root Beer Float & he was thoroughly enjoying that! All the adults in our group ended up getting the All You Can Eat Fish Fry for $9.99 per person (or maybe it was even less than that, I'm not sure, because someone in our group paid for everyone's meal!). OMG it was absolutely amazing ~ everything was very FRESH & HOT. The Seasoned French Fries were delicious, and the Tatter Tots were the bomb! We had the BEST TIME EVER thanks to our amazing Waitress (Amelia) who went out of her way to make sure that EVERYONE in our group was taken care of. She was so much fun; she has a great sense of humor, and she fit right in with our "wild n crazy" family! By the time we left that evening we were saying that our Waitress (Amelia) was "Our Sister from another Mister" & we asked her if she was going to join all of us for Thanksgiving!! Thanks again for making my dad's 89th Birthday so "special" for him. I think he felt like a BIRTHDAY KING for the night!!“

“My wife and I are waiting for others to arrive, we go to the bar and the nicest couple moved down to open a second seat.
The waiter was great, food came out hot and as we ordered it. Highly recommend, sad i only got to eat there once. Definitely going back!“

“Came in before opened because our boat battery was dead and Tiny borrowed us his extension cord. He went the extra mile for someone he doesn't even know. Super nice guy as well as his other bartenders who were great. We will be back.“
