The name says Jose's Authentic Mexican Restaurant. We live in deep South Texas (South Padre Island area) and we taste authentic Mexican food everyday. I am sorry to say this is not Authentic tasting food. It looks authentic but is lacking in the spices that makes an authentic Mexican dish. The tortillas were store bought. You go to many restaurants along the border and there will be someone in the back slaving away making tortillas by hand. You cannot duplicate handmade...
